Somatic Psychotherapy
My approach to therapy begins with the understanding that insight alone doesn't always create change.
Our experiences live not only in our thoughts, but in our bodies, relationships, protective patterns, and nervous systems.
I work particularly well with people navigating complex trauma, anxiety, chronic stress, chronic illness, neurodivergence, identity, sexuality, relationships, major life transitions, and the pressure of high-demand environments.
Many of my clients are deeply capable people, including healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, artists/performers, clinicians, caregivers, and others whose lives require them to remain productive or "onβ through constant performance.
My work integrates Somatic Psychotherapy, Somatic Internal Family Systems, attachment and relational work, nature-based, expressive arts, and mindfulness practices, as well as nervous system education to help you develop a more embodied and sustainable relationship with yourself.
Therapy services coming Fall 2026.
