Integrative Massage Therapy
Come back to your body.
My Approach
I approach massage from a holistic lens, since it’s not just affecting the physical body. I see it as an opportunity to reconnect with your whole self.
Depending on your needs and goals, sessions may incorporate more focused, “clinical” work with deeper pressure through myofascial and trigger-point techniques. Sometimes you may be looking for slower nervous system-oriented touch through craniosacral or lymphatic drainage techniques, creating a quieter, more restorative session. Breathwork is equally paramount in my approach to create deeper body-awareness and embodiment.
My work is particularly suited for people who spend a lot of their livesdoing, producing, performing, caregiving, problem-solving, or being responsible for other people. That might include healthcare professionals, therapists, attorneys, entrepreneurs, athletes, artists, parents, service-industry professionals, or anyone living with sustained physical or emotional demand.
Massage Offerings

90 Minutes
My recommended session length for most clients.
This is where we slow down. With more time to listen, tend to what’s held beneath the surface, we meet your body where it’s at with reverence and care. Here you can expect deeper release and detailed attention to truly arrive in yourself.

120 Minutes
A full-body immersion.
This session is an invitation to fully melt and soften into sensation. With generous time to move slowly and weave in nurturing presence, your body is held in a state of deep restoration. Come undone and return to wholeness.

Postpartum Massage
The postpartum period asks an extraordinary amount of the body.
Feeding, holding, rocking, carrying, interrupted sleep, recovery, and hours spent in unfamiliar positions can leave parents sore and depleted. Naturally, most of the attention turns toward the baby and there can be a clear bodily disconnect for the parent.
Postpartum massage allows space for the parent to receive care, too!
This service is available as a standalone service and may also be added to postpartum doula care when appropriate.
Massage + Psychotherapy
I am both a massage therapist and somatic psychotherapist, and my experience working directly with bodies deeply informs my clinical understanding of embodiment, boundaries, nervous-system regulation, and the therapeutic relationship.
However, massage therapy and psychotherapy are currently separate services within my practice. This means I do not provide massage therapy to current psychotherapy clients, and do not provide psychotherapy to massage or postpartum clients.
This boundary is intentional and helps maintain clarity around the purpose, expectations, consent, and professional boundaries of each relationship.
Availability and Location
I mainly offer mobile massage sessions, bringing my massage table and supplies directly to your home or place of business.
I also offer massage at Recenter Therapeutic Massage at 825 E Speer Blvd, Ste 7 Denver, Colorado ~ Saturday availability only!
